Policies & Process
Payment, Agreement, and Cancellation
Payment details will be shown and confirmed with purchase of services. Payments are due before the beginning of the first session. There are no refunds.
Tutoring and coaching agreements will outline the terms of services for the student. Please provide at least 24 hours or more for cancellation notices. Any cancellations that occur within 24 hours will not be reimbursed (unless for emergency purposes).
Follow Up
After the consultation call, I will follow up with payment details and additional agreement and cancellation information or clients in an email.
Consultation and Questionnaire
Book a Zoom call with me to discuss an action plan for tutoring or coaching. There will be preliminary questions to answer while you schedule a call.
