Why Equation to Action?

My name is Kayla Bates. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from UW-Milwaukee in December of 2024. The intersection between theoretical and practical knowledge fascinates me. I created Equation to Action LLC with the idea of giving back to high school and college students.

• Students will understand the facts and concepts from courses so they can apply material as they see fit.

• Teachers have access to instructional resources that can be applied to any subject for peace of mind in the classroom.

• Content is heavily centered around audience interaction and various perspectives on learning.
