My name is Kayla Bates. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from UW-Milwaukee in December of 2024. I have previous professional experience in the transportation engineering design and construction industry.

My Mission

Equation to Action LLC's mission is to help students achieve academic success and build practical skills with STEM tutoring, academic coaching, and creative content. I want to support high school and college students in their academic journey. A student's academic experience heavily influences their future thoughts, actions, and environment.

My content is centered around science, technology, engineering, math (STEM) and it's applications. I also discuss study skills and student mindset. Live streams, tutorial videos, polls, and writing is the main presentation format for my content. All of my content is rooted in three core values: resilience, community, and fun.
